• Capacity: How many guests fit seated for dinner — and how many for a standing reception?
• Ceremony: Is an on-site ceremony possible, indoors and outdoors, including set-up and reconfiguration?
• Catering & drinks: Is an external caterer allowed or is there a fixed tie-in? Is there a corkage fee? Who handles service?
• Length of celebration: Is there a curfew, and what does an extension cost?
• Bad-weather plan: Does the concept also work entirely indoors if it rains?
• Travel & parking: Enough parking, good links, a taxi rank nearby for the late evening?
