Three ways to your company summer party
Grill & BBQ Party
Straight from our in-house Kitchen Area: open fire stations, grill and food-truck formats prepared in front of your guests. Set in the former margarine factory in Hamburg-Altona (Bahrenfeld), independent of the weather. One event per day, exclusive, with no closing time.
Buffet Party with Live Cooking
Summer buffets from our own kitchen, paired with live-cooking stations in the Kitchen Area. The Kitchen, Loft, Entry and Workshop zones single or combined – from reception to late evening. Standard equipment with an 85" screen, JBL sound and two wireless microphones is included.
Active Day with Team Programme
Summer party and team format in one: DIY stations at the Kitchen Area where guests put their own food together, a programme spread across the day, and a relaxed evening finish. On roughly 400 sqm of flexible zones – plannable regardless of the weather, with no fixed end.

Relaxed, loungy summer party
Standing tables, lounge islands and open routes across all zones: space for conversation, buffet and drinks without a fixed seating plan. The 85" screen and JBL sound form the anchor point for speeches and music.

All four zones combined: reception in the Entry, buffet from the Kitchen, seating and dance floor in the Loft. The flow spreads across the entire space, from arrival to open end.

Smaller team gathering in one zone
A single zone for more compact groups: a focused setup with a buffet or grill station, short distances and the full standard equipment. The rest of the space stays unused and reserved.

The best summer dates go first
The sought-after high-summer dates – especially Thursdays and Fridays from June to August – are often booked months ahead. Secure your preferred date early, with no weekend surcharge here. And if the sky turns: with 400 m² of indoor space the party simply moves inside without being cancelled.

What happens in bad weather?
Plan B is built in: in the rain the whole party moves onto the 400 m² indoor space without being cancelled and without losing the summer mood. In sunshine you celebrate inside and out.
Does our summer party stay tax-free?
Up to €110 gross per person and event, a company party remains free of wage tax – for two events per year. The summer party is the ideal second one alongside the Christmas party; on request we calculate your package precisely to this tax-free allowance. Note: not tax advice.
Is there a curfew at REST2RENT in Hamburg?
No, there is no curfew and no noise limit at REST2RENT. You decide when it ends; our staff stays until the finish.
How many guests fit into the REST2RENT event venue in Hamburg?
The REST2RENT event venue holds 20 to 200 guests: up to 200 for a barbecue and standing reception, correspondingly fewer with relaxed seating islands. We advise on the right layout.
Are families and children possible?
Yes, gladly. We plan seating islands and, if you wish, one or two programme points for children – there's plenty of space across 400 m².

Barbecue and buffet come from our Kitchen Area, for 20 to 200 guests, with no curfew. Prices from €990 net.
The courtyard: food trucks, stalls and lounge
The venue sits in a courtyard with industrial charm. In the evening and at weekends there is room for food trucks, stalls or an open-air lounge – ideal for summer parties, receptions or the hour after dinner. On weekdays until 5 pm the courtyard can only be used to a limited extent, as the neighbouring businesses are at work. A covered smoking area is right by the entrance, and there is an outdoor high-voltage connection for food trucks.
